Give me a break, I'm emotional.

Today has been a hard day.
Not necessarily bad, just emotional.
Time and time again, when I am emotional,
I turn to one thing:
When I am angry, I put on loud, angry music,
and clean out my frustration.
When I am sad, I put on melancholy, soft music,
and clean out my tears.
Today, with an abundant amount of both emotions,
I got them out through cleaning.

My room is now immaculate.

  3. I do the same thing when I'm angry. Usually I tackle the refrigerator. With my i-pod and some Metallica. Hope you feel better.
