Oooo I can totally relate. I have always gotten them. I keep big bags of frozen peas in the freezer for just this reason. Place them upon your shins and this helps. (just remember to put the bag back in the freezer when done icing) Good luck. OUCH!
Thanks for the advice, Amy. I did end up using ice and they seem to be a little better this morning. Now, my question is, will I get them every time? Or the more I jog the less they come?
